I asked the barista why my iced pecan crunch latte didn't come with sweet foam. I also didn't get the pecan crunch. She said it didn't come with it. I had this drink at a different location and it wasn't the same. She was trying to make 3 drinks at a time and kept looking on the tag because she keeps getting confused. Why do that and compromise customers by giving them inaccurate drinks. Why have a menu of you're not gonna follow it? I even showed her the photo. She still insisted it didn't come with foam.
