Unpleasant Experience Today, I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I had placed my order online in advance, and when I arrived to pick it up, I needed to use the restroom first. I asked the employee at the counter for the restroom code, and to my surprise, she told me I needed to place an order first to use it. I want to emphasize that I am nine months pregnant, and not once during my pregnancy has anyone ever denied me access to a restroom—especially not when I’ve already made a purchase.
