Apparently they close at 7pm. Got here at 710 pm on a Monday, regular day. Google and apple maps say 11pm. No cone in drive thru to let everyone know. Just people lining up waiting for no reason. Getting frustrated and honking at each other. Management needs to do better.
Update 2 years after my bad review: To the owner: please give your staff a raise , they are true baristas, they know how to custom make a coffee This Starbucks location keeps on surprising me, I know that no one is perfect but the baristas here they are just wonderful they go beyond their duty, if they run out of the stuff I want ,they are quick to make a drink similar to it without any direction or instruction . The staff were very nice. They got our order out in less than 10 minutes. Nice little stop on our way back to LA.
