Won’t ever come here again they charged me for something I didn’t ask for and had the correct drink on the screen but gave me a totally different drink when I got to the window then remade it and still couldn’t get it right
I am profoundly disappointed with my experience today, which was so poor that I wish a zero-star rating were an option. I go to Starbucks nearly every day M-F on my way into work. I previously worked at Starbucks for years. Today, I stopped by this location to order my usual. The woman on the headset at drive thru was so rude and condescending with my order. When I explained that I knew the cold foam would melt on a warm drink but that I like the flavor profile and encouraged her to try it, she was snarky and pretentious.
