3 different people worked on the order of 3 drinks. Came out 20 minutes apart while people who ordered after got their drink orders before. Bad customer service when the person who worked on drink 2 made 7 other drinks before someone else worked on last drink.
The service lack took 20 minutes to get my ice coffee and it was made wrong don’t know how you can screw up a black coffee
I like this place because nobody will try to have small talk with you and thank God because I’m shy. The partners are too busy getting slammed by the mass orders that come in during drive thru because the line wait is tracked by corporate. So, if you are in a hurry go through the drive through or do mobile order because those have priority based metrics that are tracked.
