I like this place, but the music is way too loud. It makes it really hard to have a conversation, study, or get any work done. Also, the air conditioning is sometimes way too cold, which makes it uncomfortable to stay for long. On the positive side, the staff are always great and very friendly. Lowering the volume a bit and adjusting the temperature would make the environment much more enjoyable for everyone.
I'm a bus driver, going to the Hawaiian gardens location for 9 years now using the restroom with or without purchase and today Labor Day with two other customs, I'm told I can't unless I buy something....I explained i was just in yesterday and they had no issues. (They wouldn't accomodate)Walked back to jack in the box and the worker there says they were rude to her this morning as well. Funny because I've hauled some of them to and from work. Terrible girls... just terrible!!!
