I can’t stand this Starbucks. I hate having to stop here for anything. I forget every time but I’m quickly reminded the moment I walk in the door. Music is always blaring, the baristas are always pissed off.
Emily (the one with red hair) she has such a bubbly, welcoming, friendly, personality. She greeted my sister and I with a smile. I had a drink incorrectly made at a different Starbucks and was told I can take it to a Starbucks near me (got on the freeway already) I stopped at this one, Emily happily re made my drink and made it very pretty. Did it all with a smile and even made us laugh. This is my second time going to this Starbucks and I’ve never had a bad experience yet. There was no Flavor the coffee was horrible
Thank you Nate for making my drink....I love your customer service and continue to provide it. You were busy all around and still continued to make my drink. Congrats Michelle on new job....you are surrounded by good people.....the cashier who took my order you was awesome as well.....the whole store was amazing with the hellos as I walked into the store. I am going to have an amazing day just because of the Ranchero Starbucks store. Great job team!!!!
