As many others have mentioned, the staff at this location has absolutely no sense of urgency or prioritization. Came in to pick up an order about an hour before they close, and there were only two employees working. One was preparing the numerous backed up orders that people were waiting on, and the other was casually wiping down syrup bottles and counters instead of also preparing orders. Today when they released the peanuts collection the lady at the front desk told me that we cannot grab the items from exhibition, literally 2 minutes later 2 ladys grabbed them and she did not say anything and she even asked them “ Is that everything you want?”. When I asked her why she let them took them and not me she just said “ there’s no more no more “. Don’t come to this Starbucks definitely do not know anything about costumer service and they are RACIST
Afternoon shift is awesome! Morning shift leaves a lot to be desired. Ordered at 9:43 am approx pickup time was 9:51 order wasn’t ready till 9:58 not because of being busy but because of water cooler bantering between coworkers who could care less about urgency. Hopefully this was a one off.
Understaffed and slow service for walk-in orders.
They fixed my order, made my experience rememberable and Kay didn’t exceptional job with leadership and I will be back again
