I went there today and the service was so professional and sweet the employee Karen recommended me the Dubai matcha while I was having a hard time picking what drink I wanted cause I usually get a refresher but I wanted to change it up and what can I say it was the best drink ever and I love the fact that she’s took the time to understand what I love and recommend me that amazing drink I will definitely come again and recommend it to my family and friends cause she’s the sweetest and made my entire day and we need more worke... read more
This Starbucks near my home is really great. I’ve ordered from here several times and the drink quality has been very consistent. The store is spacious and clean, which makes it a nice place to visit. I ordered pickup today, so I can’t really comment on the service, but everything was prepared smoothly. I’d also like to thank the staff working today. I really appreciate their effort. The two drinks I got today were delicious and honestly made my day 🤎
Incompetent. I placed my order online. 10 minutes later when I walked in, my drink was ready, made by the barista. 3 other employees standing at the other end by the ovens. I asked the barista if my oven order was in the oven. Without checking, she said they'd "be right out." I watched for about 3 minutes the employees at the other end continue to talk. I’ve been coming here for a long time and I have always wondered what’s up with the long wait so I decided to visit two other Starbucks locations near this one located near the Trader Joe’s ones and the other Starbucks locations all the employees said that the manager is the problem as to why this location simply sucks. So my thing is, when is anyone ever going to report this location to corporate if the problem is the manager. And it’s too much work for me to have to be the one to report this location
