A Frappuccino benefits from a thicker straw to enjoy it. Most Starbucks provide one, but this store refused my request for one, quoting a policy of only giving them out with certain drinks. That's not a good policy.
I was walking in around 7:45 AM on May 30th when an aggressive black female (who was on her way out) sarcastically yelled at my face "you're welcome!", because she was expecting me to thank her for the door, when I was the one who opened it and held it for her on the outside LMAOO and did she even bother saying thank you to me? Don't order on the app. It's faster to order at the store. They prioritize in-store orders.
I went to Starbucks today and had a really bad experience with one of the workers. She has brown hair but a piece of blond. She came across as rude and unprofessional, which made the visit weird. Also this starbucks takes a long time with an order.
I waited 8 minutes for them to pour my black iced coffee into a cup. Ridiculous. They weren’t even busy.
