They fixed my order, made my experience rememberable and Kay didn’t exceptional job with leadership and I will be back again
I really like this Starbucks. The atmosphere is a little darker than normal, but it just makes it have a warm and cozy feel. It’s quite busy, especially in the morning, but worth it. And the staff were very nice.
I ordered a Matcha Crème Frappuccino through the Starbucks app with no whipped cream, and the sticker on the cup clearly said “No Whip.” However, it was still served with whipped cream. When I pointed it out, instead of remaking the drink, the employee simply took it to the sink, scraped the whipped cream off with a spoon, and handed it back to me. A Frappuccino benefits from a thicker straw to enjoy it. Most Starbucks provide one, but this store refused my request for one, quoting a policy of only giving them out with certain drinks. That's not a good policy.
I was walking in around 7:45 AM on May 30th when an aggressive black female (who was on her way out) sarcastically yelled at my face "you're welcome!", because she was expecting me to thank her for the door, when I was the one who opened it and held it for her on the outside LMAOO and did she even bother saying thank you to me? Of course not... Perhaps Starbucks should not be serving such legitimately mentally ill customers?
