Went inside to order a grande iced dark roast coffee to go. Staff were very friendly and my drink was ready within a minute. 10 out of 10, would recommend!
Ordered 2 coffees during a downpour. The drive-thru order box has zero rain protection, so I explained to staff at the window why I skipped it. Instead of accommodating, I was told to go back and use the order box even though it was pouring and I was already at the window. I ended up having to get off in the pouring rain since I would have to be in line again to just even use the order box in the pouring rain. This is ridiculous for a drive-thru.
