I placed my order, they didn’t tell me my order total or even repeat it at the screen- the screen was black! , just told me to “wait” After waiting I pulled forward toward the window to pay with my phone. Poor Customer service skills and petty staff. I forgot to ask for an ice water at the speaker and asked for it at the window and was met with a reprimanding comment “next time can you order that at the box”? If I’m paying you $8+ for a coffee, I would appreciate it if you just handed me the water without a comment. The barista that had to make the ice water was petty enough to fill the cup completely with ice and a shot of water.
