Would not let us use the bathroom unless we bought a drink. We had been on the road for five hours and my daughter has a medical condition similar to Crohn’s. The woman-hating male control freak at the counter still wouldn’t let us use the bathroom. I couldn’t believe it! I almost just dropped my drawers and peed right outside their door and had my daughter do her duty as well. Also , if you complain they will do nothing except leave the robo-response below:
This location stands in the lot of a gas station, so keep that in mind here. My husband had gone into Starbucks with a couple of our children to use the bathroom. He was given the code no problem. Then sent me in with another of our children so I could use the facilities and then get a drink. We stopped by this morning during a long road trip. My dad went in to use the bathroom and I was about to come in to order. I had to pump gas first. My dad was told the gas station doesn’t make Starbucks any money so he’s not allowed to use their bathroom (the only bathroom at the gas station). We picked this gas station specifically because it had a Starbucks.
