I came to starbucks to purchase two venti drinks, one with little ice and one with no ice. I recieved both drinks with a whole third missing from both. I am paying for a venti drink not a grande. This is very unacceptable. Staff told me the type of drink was to not be fileld. Please correct this for future customers, as this is unacceptable.
Friendly, efficient, made the drinks to perfection, all the good was thoroughly warmed up.
I understand being busy, but waiting thirty minutes for a drink and the drink is made wrong is just insane. Not to mention the worker looking like they’ve lost all control… I will honestly never return to this Starbucks location.
