Ordered 2 Caramel frappes ….it was lighter in color but didn’t think anything of it until I took one sip and all ice. My son said the same thing, so I returned to the counter and APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience, but my drink was nothing but ice. Worst starbucks ever! That barista couldnt hear what i said, i placed a mobile order for drive thru and she said you need pull forward inside, i was already late and she been very rude….
This is my go to store through drive-through almost every morning before work. Staffs are pleasant and they do their best to serve their best. I’m quite disappointed about my regular drink though. It’s recently that I’ve noticed that they aren’t able to make my drink right when ordered hot. I usually order Chai latte with protein milk. The drink is right when ordered iced.
