8/31….6:50am. Every single person in there was rude, slow moving, and my pike was cold even though I showed before the mobile order had finished.
Horrible service for pick-up.
During a drive thru order, we specified two drinks needed to be oat milk and decaf due. After it was clarified in the drive thru by the attendant that they were going to be oat milk and decaf, we pulled through and paid. When receiving the drinks, I checked the labels and proceeded to hand them back to the barista saying that these are incorrect.
