I only ordered food this time because I didn’t trust drink quality, I waited for such a long time. When I got to the window they finally asked what we got and rung it up. Waited even longer only to get the wrong food items and didn’t want to wait even longer for them to fix the mistake. I felt like an inconvenience. There wasn’t even another customer there…
I came into the store the young lady said I will be with you shortly and I waited for 10 minutes. Hey tall gentleman with locs and huge lips came to the register and said may I help you? I thought he was talking to me so I proceeded to tell him what I wanted and he goes. I'm not talking to you. Give me a second. Ordered 2 Caramel frappes ….it was lighter in color but didn’t think anything of it until I took one sip and all ice. My son said the same thing, so I returned to the counter and APOLOGIZED for the inconvenience, but my drink was nothing but ice. The cashier even stated it looked lighter than normal…..she goes over to the employee and lets them know. Worst starbucks ever! That barista couldnt hear what i said, i placed a mobile order for drive thru and she said you need pull forward inside, i was already late and she been very rude….
