This Starbucks location is a complete embarrassment to the brand — and corporate needs to step in immediately I’m a regular at this establishment, I come everyday after a long shift or with friends on my days off. Im a regular Im not a karen but I had to wait for 7 minutes when I was the only person in the driveway at the moment and today was awful service the manager was not there today clearly and they had more than 7 members on staff and they were all messing around and with there head set and alll of them were looking at me like they knew what they were doing idk if they were o but they are being really slow and the person there at the window they were getting all scrambled because they had four cars after me and I had to wait for... read more
Very disappointed in hearing "he didn't tip" when my husband drove away. $7 coffees and he shouldn't be required to tip. Sometimes he does, sometimes he doesn't but to hear a worker say that as he drove away. Rude. Besides that one person, very friendly, and coffee always fantastic.
