Ordered a HOT LATTE, and was handed the beverage at the Drive Thru window by the cashier, WITHOUT A SLEEVE FOR THE HOT CUP!!! IS that a new policy? Does Starbucks want their customer to get Burned??? I had to ASK for a sleeve and explain the beverage is HOT. DISAPPOINTED!!!
