Today I placed my online order at 6:36 AM at the Starbucks located at 7910 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Windermere, FL. By 6:56 AM, I was still waiting, and my order was incomplete — my coffee was missing. The staff member was rude and showed no empathy, simply saying the store was busy and I had to wait. My daughter had a volleyball tournament, and we ended up running late — and still left with a wrong order. I go to this location several times a week. Every time, I ask for my ice on the side of my drink because I like having a lot of ice but don’t want to pay $6–7 for very little liquid. Almost every time, I get some sort of attitude from a worker. Today, the barista made a comment when I asked about my order, saying, “Well it probably won’t be ready because you just placed it.” Like… okay???
