I recently visited this location at Arlington courthouse and was surprised of how I was treated, I entered the store and attempted to use the restroom to wash my hands before I placed my order for food. The barista was loud and aggressive when I asked to use the restroom stating “ are you going to order anything, you have to place an order before you can use our restrooms” after explaining I wanted to wash my hands she was still not wanting to let me use the restroom. As a past Shift partner but more over what could have formed a new regular customer, being my new neighborhood and all...I was taken aback at the following. Neither batista has their name tag displayed in real time and not only was I denied the same simple cup of waterId recieved just this morning..butthen I'm told by no name tag girl that " "they just changed the policy" followed by a referral to buy the cheapest item on the menu as a prerequisite. Best Starbucks! Kind and skilled team. Always a great start to my day.
This location consistently takes over 30 minutes to fulfill an order, even a mobile order. I placed an order 20 minutes early today. Came to pick it up and I still had to wait over 10 minutes to receive it. Two drinks no customizations. They also frequently forget items in order. Extremely frustrating.
