The staff were working at a faster pace than should be expected of anyone. How nobody panicked is a mystery. So why the rating? This location is grossly understaffed. I'm amazed they can get anyone to work here, much less the polite young people who do. Shame on management. I won't be back.
I went to Starbucks and got food my name was called and Starbucks worker Annaliese threw my food and landed on the floor she turned around and instead of saying sorry proceeded to laugh about it she does not have the customer service skills to be working there.
The Johnson Creek location is by far superior to any other location I’ve been to. The staff is ALWAYS pleasant and has a way of making a bad day good. Their beverages are better as well and not watered down like other locations. Thank you JC for always going above and beyond!
