We placed a mobile order, and it still took nearly 30 minutes to receive our food and drinks. My iced drink was terrible—watered down and warm. The oatmeal came with absolutely nothing, not even a spoon. When I asked about the toppings and condiments, I was told I had to request them. So I did, even though they should have been included in the first place. The entire place felt disorganized and chaotic. Overall, a really disappointing experience.
