Just had a terrible, bizarre unwarranted experience here. Im from texas out of town and I've come to this store about 6 times since I've been here doing mobile pick up orders. Today I came to the drive through and stated that I had a pick up order and was told to come to the window. I was handed my ice coffee and asked for an ice water, it seemed like after asking for water the barista, Pat, got a little annoyed. Slowest starbucks ive ever been to
Went in to pickup order. Asked the name and told it was still in the queue, no problem. Few minutes, asked the name again and told it was prioritized. Watched numerous people come and go. After 15 minutes asked the lady how much longer it would be, her response was "we prioritized it, we're busy, if you don't like it leave. I replied " have a good day" and walked out the door...
Starbucks has become so tired and can't complete with real local coffee shops these days. I regretted choosing it and the low quality coffee instantly. I won't again. It pays to Google and go to a local shop and not do this corporate garbage.
