The employees at this location are very friendly, but they consistently make the cold brew (Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew), which I always get, taste very bitter. Compared to other Starbucks locations in the area, the one here doesn't taste as good and seems to use too much syrup. I would definitely adjust that going forward.
Very slow
The employees here are very nice and professional, and the drive thru line moves quickly. The customer service experience is stellar, and I genuinely enjoy interacting with the employees. That being said, my drink order is consistently incorrect. I don’t have a special or customized order as I order directly from the menu. I visit this location 7 days a week, spending at least $6 per day when ordering for myself, and often $15+ when ordering for two.
