It is a nice store. The employees were friendly and I was greeted upon arrival. My first visit was better but my last visit took about half an hour to get my one drink.
Ordered through the drive-thru today 9/20/25 at around 8:30ish. Through the drive thru window my husband witnessed the lid of the milk falling into my tall pike place. Barista proceeded to stick her fingers in to take the lid out then put the lid on it. Person attending the window saw it happened and proceeded to hand it to us. At which time I obviously asked for another one. Starbucks, It is unsafe and not hygienic to stick your fingers in a drink and then serve to customer. -C
