The experience is different every time I go. My drink order is never consistently made and the drink is not a complicated order. It’s a mobile order and as many times as I have input sweetener on the same order it is always different. There is a reason why I go less and to other establishments more.

Actually I met someone there through Marketplace, I arrived a little late due to heavy traffic and I just needed change for a $50. No problem, kindly accommodated me, no purchase necessary.
I’d give zero stars if I could this Starbucks sucks every time we go there I’d say the drinks are right 5/10 times we go and as soon as you confront them about the drink being wrong they get super defensive and with how expensive Starbucks is getting I better get the right damn drink when I’m paying almost ten bucks for one. Also Customer service sucks they’re to busy talking to each other than listening to people tell them their order.
For the third time in a row, I ordered a 7.00 drink with light ice. My drink was 90% ice. I am not longer a Starbucks customer.
