I haven't been to Haleiwa location in a while because the service is always slow. This morning i took a chance and it was HORRIBLE! They took forever making my drink, people behind me were getting there drinks before me and then I had to go up and say if my drinks not ready I have to leave. They gave me my drink and when I got to my car my drink was all watery! Very DISAPPOINTED!
A very nice Starbucks, but main point is the service. Excellent every time. Love this staff!
The new cups and caps are terrible. They get mushy and gross. Makes the drink and coffee taste like slimy cardboard witg every sip. Nasty I understand the environment need. But there better technology available for a compamy as big as Starbucks
