I stopped at Starbucks this morning during a torrential downpour. Before I could even get up to the ordering speaker, the rain started pouring directly into my driver’s-side window. Rather than sit there getting soaked, I decided to skip the speaker and pull up to the window to place my order. I am extremely disappointed with this store. First and last time i order here. I placed my order at 2 AM because I had a double shift coming up and specifically needed my food at the time i ordered it. I paid around $30 for my order, and somehow I received an ENTIRELY different customer’s order. My bag had my name, Dina, written on it, but the food inside was for someone named Kirsten. I’ve ordered the same drink at other locations and this by far is the worst definitely will not be going to that location to get. I will stick to my regular locations. I don’t know if they had somebody new but definitely wasn’t the same drink I always get

JAAAAYYYYDEEEEENNN! *spellcheck*. I came in with my starbies emergency and ALTHOUGH he couldn't solve my issue..he solved my sadness by treating me kindly. His Customer Service is A-1! He displayed such empathy because as we all know when the app isn't working..it feels life isn't the same !🙃 The manager (I can't remember her name) was also very kind. Customer service isn't about solving every issues .. instead making sure your customers leave smiling and they did that !
