Woke up this morning super grumpy and tired so I decided to get Starbucks on my way to work. When I go to the speaker to take my order I was fretted very nicely. The lady on the other side was a 10 out of 10. Very helpful in finding me a drink and seems to be in a good mood. Her customer service was so on point. I left feeling a little better about my morning. The girl at the window was also very nice and had a big smile on her face. Sandwich’s were hot and my drink was exactly the way I wanted it.
Drinks were many times poorly made or they got our orders wrong. They waste my time fixing order. It doesn’t help that they were rude toward my friends when asked about the order. We purchased 6 drinks, and had a few doughnuts with us and were rudely told “no no no” and points at sign that doesn’t say anything about food. They were a few doughnuts. Try being polite toward customers and being professional.
I am not feel comfortable when I go overthere. the service not good and really bab attitude.
They consistently get our order wrong. We picked up our drinks and was rudely told that the drinks were not ours, but clearly it is. My name is on it! They gave us bad attitude and acted like they did not want to serve us. Possible discrimination because we are Asians. Our group includes 8 customers with at least 8 drinks almost everyday and will bring our business elsewhere.
