Update, 2026: This location has plummeted since Frankie left, as a Reserve member I’ve given on Starbs almost completely and strictly been going to the new Buddy Brew because the service, speed, and quality have tanked at this location. Customer service needs to improve! We went by the drive through yesterday evening. The lights on the ordering board or whatever you call it were on but there wasn't anyone taking orders right away as they usually do. We waited for a lil while wondering why and then saw a piece of paper lying on the ground face down. So I figured the drive through may be closed and drove to the window to check to see if the lobby maybe open.
