Love this Starbucks location. This is my go-to location and this morning was quite different. I put in a mobile order as I’ve done plenty of times & I ended up sitting in the drive thru line for a long time (which is not usual). By the time I got to the window I found out what the delay was and it was completely out of the employee’s hands. I really truly hate to be writing this review as I’m such a fan of Starbucks, but today’s event was just to unprofessional to Ignore. I was going through the drive-through to place an order. Everything was smooth until she (a barista named Sage) asked my size where I misheard it for something else to which I replied yes please instead of Venti, once it was cleared up, she told me my total and I went to drive away, however; i did not roll my window up and could hear her mocking me through her headset over the speaker. i’ve ne... read more
Hours state they open at 5:00 a.m. I arrived at 6:04 a.m. and they stated that they won't be open for another 20 minutes because they're openers didn't show up until much later. I don't think there's an excuse for a large corporate company to be opening an hour and a half later, especially a coffee shop.
I bought a venti iced chai. I took a sip in the car and immediately thought it tasted funny, but I chalked it up to the fact that it was super early and maybe I still had like the taste of my mouthwash. Get to work and took another sip. Nope. It was definitely the drink. Tasted like possible spoiled milk. I dump it down the sink and there was this like brown thing IN my drink.
