I was at this Starbucks today. There were seven or maybe even eight people ahead of me, and I waited 45 minutes for my order. Meanwhile, there were only about 10 people in the store. One employee was just standing at the computer, another one was literally staring at the ceiling, and a third person was just walking around doing nothing. Not a single person bothered to check in or ask if I had been waiting for 45 minutes. Absolutely terrible place. Horrible management. A complete nightmare.
Went in at 7:45 15 minutes before they close on a Monday night. I ordered a tea and when I opened up the lid there was a hair on top 🤢 I showed the lady and she made me another one but seemed upset
This Starbucks is super slow and still gets many orders wrong. There’s 8 people behind the counter, and it’s taken over 30 minutes to get one drink. And it was still wrong.
