the slowest and worst starbucks known to mankind. it’s the worst. i live in the area and have been coming for years sadly due to the fact there’s no other starbucks close. i’m officially done. i waited 42 mins today for 3 drinks and they were both wrong. they never offer drink carriers and i really needed one and she said they don’t have any. clearly the management is poor. i don’t even know why im bothering writing a review, they only respond with the same response. this location honestly needs to be shut down.
We arrived and the cashier was very friendly, but the other two people weren't friendly at all. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait for our coffees, since we had already been waiting a long time and there was hardly anyone else in the store, the response was, "I don't know how long I'd have to wait for my coffee." I don't think that's a good solution for customers who are frequent visitors to Starbucks stores. And on top of that, they were cleaning the beverage preparation area with detergent... very poor servi... read more
