This crew of ALL Caucasian staff was very disrespectful. Smile in your face and talk about you behind your back. Very slow to make drinks and both the females called me names and I heard it. Very Racist and I don't recommend any good hearted person visits this Starbucks until they learn to hire a diverse Staff that will keep one another accountable. I came in to get my birthday drink. The lady at the counter was very nice and so was the guy that made my drink I tried a new drink something with salted carmel and it was delicious! They both wished me happy birthday!
UPDATE: What has happened to my favorite Starbucks?! Came in and sat. Putting together our mobile order as usual. New manager made a beeline to us and said we can’t sit here unless we order something. Showed her my screen as we were ordering. Place empty. I miss the old vibe! No longer a friendly meet up place. Had she waited and observed, if she feels people come in and somehow abuse the space, perhaps she would gather more info. I’m here almost every day for the last seven years!!!
I usually order online, but shoutout to whomever puts the words of affirmation and kindness on the cups they always make me smile when I see them, so your work doesn’t go unnoticed. The food and drinks are always excellent as well. Has to be my favorite store to order from in the area.
