Today I was in that store and there was a gentleman by the name of J at the register chatting it up with another person named Francesca! I waited about two minutes without acknowledgment until I said “hi, I am ready to pay!”. Francesca looked at j and rolled their eyes as if I was asking for too much! Pedí con todas las ganas de tomar un americano y me pasaron agua sabor a café. Al solicitar que mejoraran mi pedido, la respuesta de la gerente fue de que ahí se prepara con 2 shots, agua y punto, con un tono grosero y desafiante. Nunca más volveré a este local y compartiré mi mala experiencia con todos mis conocidos para que no vuelvan a comprar ahí. Aunque leyendo los comentarios no he sido la única defraudada en servicio y calidad. Lástima por la marca Starbucks!!!

ha sido una de las más malas experiencias, muy mal trato de parte del empleado, mala actitud, tirando todo lo me servía. Entiendo que no tiene ganas de trabajar. Malisima actitud. It had been one of the worst experiences bad employee actitud, hitting everything, forgetting everything , you can tell she hates the job. just dont go here.

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. There’s a short-haired male employee who, for the second time, has refused to make a specific drink that’s clearly on the menu. He keeps making excuses or saying he “can’t” prepare it, while other staff members never have an issue with it. This kind of attitude is unacceptable and reflects really poorly on the store. If a drink is available on the menu, customers should be able to order it — no excuses. Definitely reconsidering coming back.

Watch your food at this starbucks, the staff are not so hygienic. I went there and ordered a lavender drink and the lady that was working in the morning time on 3/24, made the drink ran over the cup, and to my dismay she used her bare hands and wipe right around the cup. I could not drink it after, I had to throw it in the bin outside.
