I come here almost every other day, sometimes in the morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I’ve noticed a significant difference in both customer service and coffee quality depending on the time of day. Mornings tend to be much better—the staff is friendlier, and the coffee is consistently well made. In the afternoons, however, the service can feel rushed and the coffee quality noticeably drops. The worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. I was the only one in line and waited for a couple of minutes before I started timing. 5 minutes later I got brief ey contact from a batista that was signing out for her break. That was my entire interaction. Absolutely terrible. I left without coffee. I was beyond stunned.
