Yury was super rude! We are here on vacation and simply just wanted a couple of drinks and a breakfast sandwich! He was just staring at us as we ordered and was just plain rude! This is a tourist island, at least smile and use your manners Yury.
We just been at Sturbucks in Captiva and our bartender was Yuri!! Such a disgusting person! No smile, no how are you!!! No costumer service at all! We ordered 3 lattes, one on ice and a caramel macchiato on ICE!! He made the Caramel macchiato hot. When we asked to change it , he said that’s how you ordered it! No question on if you wanted to have it on ice, he could add the ice, it takes 1 min only. Seems like you bother him when you get through the door and order.
