As someone who loves coffee but still couldn’t tell you the difference between a macchiato, latte, or cold brew, my heart truly belongs to this Starbucks location. I’m always greeted with the warmest smiles and so much patience as I stumble through explaining what I want without knowing the proper names for anything. Hands down the best Starbucks in all of Gainesville! They are always the fastest drive thru and get me rolling to work in the morning! Staff is so kind and it makes my day to see everyone at the window :) Specifically, Haley, Colby, Madi, Caitlin, Becca are all amazing and make sure I have everything I need 🫶🏼 Often times, a better experience than a local coffee shop. Keep it up!
I am a regular Starbucks customer and usually go through the drive thru but chose to this time because when I arrived to go through the drive thru there were 7 cars who had placed orders and 4 waiting to order. After ordering inside I was told that the drive thru and mobile orders would be taken care of first. This is the only Starbucks where I have not been taken care of promptly when going inside.
