I ordered my drink ahead of time through the app, 30 minutes ahead of time so I could make it to work on time. I popped my head in to see if my order was done, I went and bought some other things and came back and it still was not started. I sat and waited. I placed an online order, in hopes that I would be in and out quickly. The order was placed at 1205p. I entered the building at 1207p, and did not receive my order until 1226p. I had to ask the barista what the hold up was after watching four other customers receive their items, and many more pass through the drive thru. Absolutely horrible customer service! Walked in, and there were two employees who completely ignored me. I stood at the counter to order for 3 minutes before one of the employees said, "Did you need something?" I placed an order for an iced venti drink. She slid me the drink across the counter 1/2 full. I slid the drink back and said, "Can you fill it up, please. I ordered a venti?" She then said," Well, all I can do is add more milk, but it will take away from the flavor." I said,"Please do." I visit this Starbucks whenever I’m at Robins for work. My past experiences have not been the best, I’ve had several drinks made incorrectly and even when I got back to get it corrected it’ll still be made wrong and because of that I stopped visiting for a while.
