Got dark roast when i ordered medium roast (pike place). Was about to got charged much more for venti when I ordered a tall coffee.
My drink came missing a few ounces... all this because I said no to a a tip in drive thru.
I happened to be at the hospital for a good reason. But who knew that but me. CUSTOMER SERVICE - by a Latino (appearing) lady [in the video] on 3/3/25 around 4:45pm was deplorable. She talked the entire time with someone (seemingly) from another department about other employees and company business. If that's not bad enough, she literally stood there for a minimum of 3 to 5 minutes chatting while a man waiting to place an order in front of me. If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is friendly, But this place is a dirty gross mess. And it takes forever to get your food and drink if you order from the counter. What a disgrace! The tables and floors in this place feel and look like they could have a good scrubbing. You will feel it once you’re in there. It’s a sticky dirty place. There are fruit flies in the case where the food is displayed. I ordered a decaf mocha latte and a muffin at 7:39 AM. And waited over 14 minutes to get my coffee. How ridiculous they... read more
