i asked for water... the manager said no... i said i will pay for it... then her response was i can buy bottled water... no thanks.... this is why i hate starbucks!!!! i was picking up an order for someone else. literally will never come here again, horrible customer service!!!!
What kind of Starbucks closes at noon on a Saturday? Ridiculous.

When they are open they are great. But with this strike WTH. Baristas dont need a union and if they did it needs to be pro customer service. Nobody knows when they can anticipate open hours. I want my mocha w/o going to a coffee place out of the way and waiting in line.
Very disappointing experience, manager handled it very poorly. I arrived into this Starbucks around 11:30am ordered a drink and asked about the wifi network and password before I paid. (clearly indicating that I planned to stay and work.) I was checked out, given the wifi info and told nothing else. In 20 minutes of sitting down I am let know that due to strike, the Starbucks is closing at noon. Therefore asked to leave. Google maps indicated the location was open regular hours until 6 or 7pm.
