Good coustmer service
Very disappointing experience with Starbucks. I tried to order at three different Starbucks locations at different times, and every time I was told, “We don’t have change for a $100 bill.” This is extremely frustrating and not customer-friendly. If you accept cash, why should I have to leave without my order simply because I have a $100 bill? I had the money and was ready to pay, but was unable to place my order. Very disappointing.
50/50 chance whether they get my order correct
Service is great here and everyone is friendly. but I ordered the vegan spicy falafel pocket twice now and both times they’ve given me jalapeño chicken wrap or something, which is really unfortunate for me since I can’t eat it. I get it on my way to work so I can’t just go back and get a new thing. For this reason I don’t think I will be coming back to this store.
Got there just before closing. They stayed open for me. Loved that!
