Horribly rude staff -- this was my first and last visit to this store. I think they have a captive audience being in Tech Center to get away with being so mean to customers. When I was there 18 Sep/7:10 AM, the line was almost out the door. 20 minutes later I still didn't have my drink and the store had emptied out. So I checked in with the barista and asked if they forgot about me. She rolled her eyes at me and turned away -- and then made two more drinks of people that I ordered before just to spite me.
