Great team who’s always welcoming and kind - even under pressure. Downside: I literally go to the Starbucks 4 to 7 times a week, so almost daily. It takes a miracle to get a consistent drink made that is off the menu with zero modifications. It’s not uncommon for me to ask to have it remade once a week because it taste so bad. Don’t know what happen at this location but it is a total disaster when ordering online ahead of time must of the time you have to wait 20-30 min for a coffee even after the window provided by the app. The employees are completely disengaged when you ask about your drink try to refund my order no one knows how to do it. If the store is not able to manage the load of order and a certain point you should stop taking orders…
