Been a regular at this Starbucks, visited at least a couple of dozen times in 2025. Very courteous and friendly barista's, clean place, very relaxing environment, constant stream of happy people. I was shocked to see poor rating, esp about the cleanliness. I think that is very harsh. I highly recommend this location. The staff is great.
I am a huge Starbucks fan but the store at Putnam plaza in Greenwich is the worst one I have been to. It's always dirty, the service is extremely slow and the bathrooms are a disgrace! Today there was no toilet paper and the floors were so dirty they were slippery.

This is Greenwich CT in the USA, why do you have Spanish music playing loudly in the morning. Can we still be an English speaking country? If it is playing again I will be leaving Starbucks for good
