I gave my daughter a $20 to run in and grab herself a drink without me. They charged her just under $10 for a grande frappacino with NO coffee/espresso, no whipped cream and some strawberries and milk blended up. They absolutely took advantage of a kid placing an order independently. When I went back to ask about it they reluctantly gave me $2 back and acted like I was crazy, laughing and rolling their eyes at me. Bitter drink
I ordered two Caramel macchiatos and they both tasted like weak watered down coffee with a very mild caramel taste. For the amount of money Starbucks charges for Venti Caramel Macciatos i can make my own at home, because i just wasted my money here. It was just awful tasting and makes me want to stop going here for my treat when I have the calories, what a waste of my time and money.
I tried a few times but they don’t make the drinks right, it’s either watery or bitter. Additionally, it takes way too long to give you a drink (even when the coffee shop is empty). It looks like no one wants to be there.
