Came in here with my niece this weekend, they were having some issues with their register and could only deal with cash transactions and had to write on cups. Even though it was a little busy, the store looked clean. I gave my daughter a $20 to run in and grab herself a drink without me. (Yes, im teaching my child independence and confidence which is a life skill) SB charged her just under $10 for a grande frappacino with NO coffee/espresso, no whipped cream and some strawberries and milk blended up. I feel they took advantage of a kid placing an order independently. Super friendly staff! I come in all the time and always get a warm welcome. I’ve even sent my younger nephews in on their own, and they always come out smiling. Great staff and great drinks—highly recommend this location!
