Quote a difference in quality than my experience at the Honolulu Airport Starbucks. Well staffed, efficient with lots of space. Really nice layout and design. People were meeting up, working or just ordering. Just a nice vibe. Very busy drive though which seemed to be moving quickly. Best of all when your order is done it is place on a rack alphabetically - no strangers handling your order to see if it is theirs.
Pagna and Reece or "Vanilla" as he wears his name tag were both INCREDIBLY rude to me. I've never received such poor service at a Starbucks. There is one young woman who was polite to me at this location but, she works at night. I stopped drinking coffee in the morning here because they accused me of not paying and I had to show my receipt that I payed for a refill (used the same cup the whole time) and was then lectured in front of customers about a "24 hour rule" which he could have just asked me to pay for a full cup and ... read more
I was in Safeway, I might have walked past the indoor Starbucks.
Stopped in for snack and coffee was good ,clean store ,quick service,staff attentive .Would recommend !
