This was by far my worst experience. Not only did I get corrected for my pronunciation of the drink I ordered, but then when my order was repeated back to me it was wrong. Additionally at the drive through window it took nearly 10 minutes to get 1 drink.
Very fast, clean and quiet little cafe. I enjoy doing my work in the lobby at this location.
Shift on lead right now at 221 pm Friday sept 26 was completely rude after I had just been there this morning Reporting to district manager After this for disruption in service slow wait times Rude staff and poor quality drinks as well as a eco sure issue with poor sanitation process I used to work here and have never treated customers this way I highly recommend not coming here Calling corporate now As I was a grandfather employee Have a good day folks
