I work at a grocery store where there is a Starbucks in our parking lot, but I always cross town just to go to this location. They are so fast, friendly, professional, and they never forget my sriracha packet when I order a breakfast sandwich. Far superior to the Washburn Way location.
South Sixth Starbucks is the only one my wife let's me go to, because they are the best in town. Plus, the manager Becca has an awesome crew that has the best attitudes all around. Clean facility, always quick with my slightly complications orders, and they make it fun. Other locations are rude and can't even bother to wish us a good day. Hell yeah, brother!
Every time I go the employees are beyond AMAZING, their customer service is 100/10. Im super picky with my drinks and they are super patient when I like to order a huge mix of flavors 😋 The Store manager Beca is the best💜
This was by far my worst experience. Not only did I get corrected for my pronunciation of the drink I ordered, but then when my order was repeated back to me it was wrong. Additionally at the drive through window it took nearly 10 minutes to get 1 drink.
