Deliberately uncomfortable seats. Blasting music outside on a concrete pad next to a busy intersection. If you want Starbucks to go might as well go to the drive thru on 85th. If you want to sit and talk, go anywhere else. If they wanted to fix: Turn down the music. Go back to comfortable chairs (at least like before the remodel). Replace the metal rod with even a minimal fence for visual and noise blocking screen fence.
