Staff is friendly and fast
i am very displeased with the service here & lack of empathy. walked into this starbucks & asked for a small thing of water to give to my grandma who was suffering from the heat. it is a very humid hot day today in nashville. i was appalled when the young girl told me to stand in the ridiculously long line & purchase something, in order to receive a cup of tap water for my unwell grandmother. will not be buying from this location again.
