Highly recommend not going to this Starbucks . Rude management and makes it hard on the baristas everyday she plays favorites and if she doesn’t like you you get treated differently . It’s not a welcoming place at all!
Former Starbucks barista here, now hospital worker.. I love the baristas here, they do a great job! Sometimes the machines are “off” and the shots are a little funky but it’s not the baristas fault. Coffees are always built correctly and I can count on them being ready on my break when I mobile order. The prices are a little bit higher than a stand alone Starbucks but that’s the price we pay for the convenience offered.
Today, I order my usual tea. I waited 15 minutes only to find out that they are out of stock. I was not notified of this, waste of my time waiting. Very poor communication and poor customer service. I got my refund back but that’s it!
Great freebies: smells ☺️, pup cups, ice, water, napkins, & a job application!!! 👀🫣🥴🤣🤣🤣🤣
