They gave my husband attitude because they typed his order into the machine wrong. And then gave him the wrong drink.
Erin, one of the shift supervisors, is terrific! She always remembers my name and takes time to tell me hello and asks about my family. Audrey, one of the baristas, is so nice. She is professional and friendly and always gets my order right. Thanks Erin and Audrey for being true professionals and for being great at your job! You ladies rock!
I'm not normally a fan of Starbucks, but this one definitely is exceptional. We have a great time every time we go and the crew is welcoming and cheerful.

Normally a good experience, but dissatisfied with a recent visit. I had been given someone else’s order and returned to get my own. I didn’t receive an apology but instead my drink which had been sitting in their window for 15 to 20 minutes and had to ask that it be remade. The new drink was left on the counter amongst a number of other pickup orders for me to figure out that it was done. I appreciate how a business rectifies a mistake. In this case, there was a lack of regard.
