Normally a good experience, but dissatisfied with a recent visit. I had been given someone else’s order and returned to get my own. I didn’t receive an apology but instead my drink which had been sitting in their window for 15 to 20 minutes and had to ask that it be remade. The new drink was left on the counter amongst a number of other pickup orders for me to figure out that it was done. I appreciate how a business rectifies a mistake. In this case, there was a lack of regard.
Black tea for $4+ dollars and very noisy!
I went in and asked them to remake my drive through drink because it wasn't stirred and there were chunks of matcha in it. They mocked me on my way out the door. I'm having a horrible day. Never going here again. I never ask for drinks to be remade because I usually dont care but I really wanted my morning to start off better and they ruined it.
Laura is so awesome, she is the reason I come to this starbucks. You guys here are so quick and efficient!
I love coming here. Friendly people. They also support NWHope Cancer Drive. This drive supports Whitman and Latch Cancer patients.
