Staff are only attentive to "certain" customers
Atmosphere was great, loved the music! Jay was so sweet and kind! ☺️
These students that work here don’t have any customer service training AT ALL. You can tell they dislike their job. My drink is never ready I always have to wait more than 15 more minutes after my ready time . They skimp on the expresso. I know how dark my drink needs to be when I have 3 expresso shots . They need NEW MANAGEMENT
Worst service ever she got waiting even when my drink was already ready. She dientes said HI at all . Lady people
Came in to grab a latte and no one was in line. I ordered a simple grande white mocha. A white man came in after me and ordered something custom. To my surprise, he got his drink before me. I thought drinks were made in the order they were received! On top of that my drink had too much syrup.
