Terrible consistency on making the drinks. Coffee often tastes burnt.
Unsure how this is the worst location in town. Waited nearly 10 minutes to be given a poorly made drink and uncooked food. Last few years I have had to avoid the location despite its close proximity to my office due to poor experiences. The staff is usually very friendly but the overall experience lacks with poorly made food and drinks. It is really sad as this was one of the ebst locations in town for years until about 2022.
Only one employee working on a Saturday. Took over 15 minutes to order and get coffee in drive through with only one car in front of me.
