I had a great experience at this location today. I haven't been to Starbucks very many times, and so am not familiar with the menu, and the very nice woman working the drive thru listened to me describe what I wanted, and suggested a customized drink for me, that was perfect! Then as a cherry on top, she asked if I wanted a large berry boba type drink that someone else had changed their mind about and ordered but didn't want. I waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru before even making it to the window. They didn't have some basic items and the prices were obscene. I've had cheaper coffee and a Danish downtown Seattle, and they made me late.
Taylor is a fantastic manager. Always hustlin' around helping wherever he is needed. He needs a raise. Always so friendly and helpful. All the staff is friendly honestly!
