Honestly, we're just paying too much money, just for the name brand. There's other spots that have very similar quality but are cheaper in the area
I buy Starbucks almost everyday. I'll never come back to this store. I asked to use the restroom and a water (I had my SB coffee earlier in the day) and was told no unless I buy something. You think someone that spends ~$400/month would receive better treatment.
I ordered two Starbucks traveler units for an early morning volunteer event, fully expecting to wait 20+ minutes. To my surprise, they were ready when I walked in! Dani was working and completely made my day. She greeted me like she’d known me for years (even though we’d never met), recognized my name from the mobile app when I placed a separate drink order, and let me know right away that my travelers were good to go.
