Left a tip, and I wasn't even served. My order got cold while I was waiting, and I had to go pick it up myself. Awful service. Tips for what? No tips anymore!
We were nicely surprised last week when they asked us if we will sit down or take the drinks for to go. When we said we will sit inside they surprised us with drinks in porcelain cups.
Customers shouldn’t be scolded for using mobile app for ordering when the company literally offers it. One woman made me sit at the front of the line for over 5 minutes (past the time my order said it would be ready) on purpose, for a single, uncustomized latte because they said I shouldn’t use the mobile ordering in the drive-thru during lunch rush. How am I supposed to know I did something wrong? Made me feel like some criminal. I go there frequently, and I have always been kind.
