Customers shouldn’t be scolded for using mobile app for ordering when the company literally offers it. One woman made me sit at the front of the line for over 5 minutes (past the time my order said it would be ready) on purpose, for a single, uncustomized latte because they said I shouldn’t use the mobile ordering in the drive-thru during lunch rush. How am I supposed to know I did something wrong? Made me feel like some criminal. I go there frequently, and I have always been kind.
Sudden staffing shortage.
I spent at drive-through almost 30 minutes, that’s ridiculous…. Worst service… I do not recommend this place.
This place has been going down hill for the last 3 months not sure why has happened. The quality of the drinks has dropped and the service has slowed down so much. Used to be the place where I get my Starbucks, going to avoid this place for the foreseeable future
