Overpriced,
I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for quite a while, and it’s always impressive how well the store is kept despite how busy it gets. Ursula (apologies if I misspelled her name) truly stands out. She is consistently warm, friendly, and welcoming. Even when she’s busy, she makes eye contact, says hello, and thanks customers. At the drive through, she takes the extra step to secure lids, wipe away any spills, and hand orders out with a genuine smile. Her kindness feels natural and sincere, and it really brightens the day.
Taking forever , such bad service took 20 mins for a coffee .
