I usually order my drink with light ice, but this time I forgot to select that option in the app. As a result, my cup was almost entirely filled with ice, and there was very little actual drink. I politely asked if it could be remade with light ice, but my request was refused. I understand that mistakes happen, but I was disappointed with the lack of customer service. I hope the staff will be more understanding in situations like this.
Rude staff, will complain about making your order in front of you. Then proceeds to serve you your drink with a fake smile. Shameful.
I think I've had enough of this company. $6.94 for a tiny nitro cold brew that tastes super mediocre isn't going to cut it. Disappointed in the high prices and low quality that this company has become. Won't be buying starbucks anymore.
