Sweetest barista helped me this morning. She was on shift alone and had a few orders going but never showed signs of stress. Very sweet, calm gal.
Food and drink was fine. I was in town buying flowers for my grandmas gravestone and stopped into Starbucks. I was holding several flowers while paying and waiting. The barista wrote “Plant your own flowers” with a sad face on the cup. Please don’t write something like that on people’s cups. You don’t know what someone could be going through.
Great customer service. I had a cold brew made at another location (which I do everyday and it’s 99.9% spot on) but today was really bad. Im heading up to Hi Valley to work on a job site. So I stopped by the new Emmett location and Coral helped me out. (I think thats her name) She was SUPER friendly and offered to remake my drink. Super grateful. This is why I keep coming back to star bucks. Appreciate the help and kindness.
