Love this store! They always have great music, the baristas are always so nice and welcoming and they have so much patience with other difficult customers. My drink is always delicious! 😋
Horrible experience and very rude people. They don’t pay attention to the order. Asked for a black coffee and let him know that I needed room for milk and when I left. I tasted my coffee and it was 2% coffee with water!!! I was so upset and could not drive back because I did not want to be late for work! Lost a loyal customer! #starbucksceo do better in hiring people that care about their customers. How many more negative reviews do you need to step in!
We always use the drive thru. The staff already know what we want.
