I love to stop at this SB. Most of the employees there are friendly. Good customer service. They set expectations high bc when I go other Starbucks I want the same treatment I get here. Wrong order no problem no questions asked they are happy to help.
Look into getting your speaker fixed. Answering "what was that?" 3 times, then getting to the window after a 15 minute wait, and still getting the wrong drink AIN'T IT
This is my favorite location My complaint isnt about this locations staff but rather their customers who choose to go to the drive-thru…. …this past weekend I arrived at Starbucks and there were about 5 cars in line…after 20 minutes I was finally the second car in line…this guy sat in his car trying to have a full blow conversation with the barista…I was beyond upset because I had to sit behind him for another 25 minutes while he had this conversation which made me late for my doctors appointment… The drive thru literally ha... read more
