my matcha was terribly shaken/blended (i’m not sure the technique this location is using but i work at starbucks so i know it’s supposed to be blended on three in the frother) i went back in the store , and none the less my drink was still bad. it tastes like there not putting enough matcha, and no effort into getting out the clumps. the atmosphere when i walked in seemed dark and depressing. the opposite of starbucks core values. this was very disappointing as i know baristas were just required to go through additional trai... read more
I come to this location weekly and always place an in-store pickup. Today, I did exactly that, and when I arrived at the location, they had a sign that said Drive-Thru only. Maybe turn off mobile ordering if guests, who think they can just run in, grab their pick up quickly and leave, are forced to wait 10+ minutes at the Drive-Thru. Service the last 3 times coming to this location have been terrible. Needs new leadership.
