The employee's are always pleasant and upbeat but the coffee is always gross. I give them try after try and I won’t be back. Never tastes the same and most the time I toss it on the way out the door because it’s that awful.

KEEP NOLAN HIRED! My mom was having a rough day and she asked about some drinks and he patiently and clearly explained it. I also get a vanilla bean frappe almost everytime at Starbucks and I can safely say this was the best tasting one yet! Then he wrote a nice word on our cups with a smiley face and she said it made her day. He had GREAT customer service and excellent coffee making skills. TIP HIM!

On a Saturday afternoon, it was kind of busy, the poor girl working all by herself was stressed. Then another young lady comes up, fixes her hair after putting her apron on and doesnt wash her hands, jumps in to help out. There was a mix up with a birtjday thing through the ap. The whole time these 2 girls had no clue how to fix the problem so they called the manager on the phone. Ther really needs to be an adult working a shift. Wow. I am sitting here drinking my SB coffee and watching one of the hardest working employees i have ever seen and his name is Dillin. He’s here by himself, on a busy Sunday afternoon, with a splint on his hand and he has yet to get an order wrong or fail to greet each customer with a smile on his face. He is very efficient and fast. I don’t know how he does it. Pretty amazing individual (and, no, I’m not related to him!).
