We are daily customers, and our drink is simple. This location is always running out of one ingredient needed to make our drinks. We have asked them to increase their order for that ingredient (and offered to pay for our own personal supply) and they have refused. Willcox and Vail ALWAYS have this one ingredient in stock, but it's very inconvenient to drive that far if you want a drink. They desperately need a new manager for this location.
I asked for a pumpkin spice frappe and the Women working I believe her name was Kendall was so nice and had such a positive attitude I asked her for extra caramel I was not disappointed for once she definitely made me day with my drink and her kindness
Took a long time in line when only one person was in front of me and didn’t even have what I liked. Plus their short staffed.
Absolutely amazing team, Best team and baristas I've encountered! So i went in not knowing what to get my wife since I drink just plain coffee and brew it myself... My wife loves her Starbucks, so they helped me for about 5 minutes troubleshooting what she likes by describing how the drink looks, even trying to remember how she looked like to see what she's usually is served.
