Wow. I am sitting here drinking my SB coffee and watching one of the hardest working employees i have ever seen and his name is Dillin. He’s here by himself, on a busy Sunday afternoon, with a splint on his hand and he has yet to get an order wrong or fail to greet each customer with a smile on his face. He is very efficient and fast. I don’t know how he does it. Pretty amazing individual (and, no, I’m not related to him!).
I always tip more than half the price of every drink before they make it. About a month ago, for 3 days straight, they were out of the main ingredient that made the drink. I figured it's not the worker's fault. It's happened several different times. But not enough reason to stop going to the only starbucks in this small town. We are daily customers, and our drink is simple. This location is always running out of one ingredient needed to make our drinks. We have asked them to increase their order for that ingredient (and offered to pay for our own personal supply) and they have refused. Willcox and Vail ALWAYS have this one ingredient in stock, but it's very inconvenient to drive that far if you want a drink. They desperately need a new manager for this location.
I asked for a pumpkin spice frappe and the Women working I believe her name was Kendall was so nice and had such a positive attitude I asked her for extra caramel I was not disappointed for once she definitely made me day with my drink and her kindness
