This particular store was not good. Restrooms were disgusting. The facility was not clean and the items purchased were thrown away. YUCK
I never write reviews. Ever. Today calls for one. Every single time, and I mean every time we come here they're out of EVERYTHING. I asked them about it one day and they said "It's owned by the casino so they don't want to waste". That excuse was laughable. You're better off asking "What do you have?" instead of telling them what you actually want. Every visit it's "We have a truck coming." Nobody spoke to us when we came in. All of the employees seemed mad. Customer service is just absolutely not what it used to be unfortunately. There were items scattered all over the floor at the counter area. The whole place looked untidy and dirty.
Took legit 30 minutes just to make 1 coffee due to them being more concerned about working all of drive through down due to them being backed up. Plenty of employees but only 1, maybe two making the drinks. Very ghetto service in between. Will not be back
The crew that worked 2-6-2025. Was nice, then become fantastic. They ran out of food and pastries. I needed something with my coffee. They convinced me to try something new. I said, "Why not?" And it was gone within 3 minutes. GREAT-TEAM, GREAT-SERVICE... The type of service when traveling on the road for 6 hours or longer that you know where to stop at during your drive.
