Waiting over 11 minutes for a black coffee is ridiculous. Starbucks needs to get kiosk and self serve coffee. This is no way to run a coffee shop
Worst coffee I have ever tried and it smelled like sewage inside of the building
The big black woman working at this location—possibly the manager—needs a serious reality check and a reminder that she works in customer service. Her rude, disrespectful attitude toward both customers and employees is completely unacceptable. If she is that miserable at work, she should leave her problems and miserable life at the door—or find a job that doesn’t require interacting with people. Customers should not have to tolerate her nasty attitude, and employees certainly should not be subjected to it either.
