First off my frapp was very water and gross. Second- an employee spilled a ice coffee on the floor on accident and Emma was waving her hands and mad didn’t even help the employee up from the ground and didn’t even ask him if he was ok. Very inconsiderate

8:20pm 3/20/2026 went to Starbucks this evening like I usually do to pick up my regular order. The girl taking my order at the drive-thru informed me that they were out of the simple syrup and that if I would like a substitute like vanilla. I said sure, she then proceeds to charge me for the vanilla. I told I was there yesterday and my drink was made with the vanilla substitute which I was not charged for. Your drive thru employee a guy rude doesn’t say hi welcome thank you. I feel I got over charged for you guys not having oat milk . Won’t go there ever again.
