Update your hours on Google!!! This is the second time I’ve arrived in the early evening when the business was marked as open and it was not.
I've been going to this location for years. The baristas know me by my voice, and they know my drink. But lately the new staff have been awful - unfriendly, no personality, can't make drinks properly. I've mentioned this to Michael several times. Yesterday the barista, Diego, actually wanted to argue with me about the Coffee Frappacino. The heck?!!!? I ordered my usual Venti Coffee Frapp Double Shot. Drive thru Starbucks. I ordered a Blueberry muffin and Hot Vanilla Latte two extra shots of espresso just what I needed 😊. Perfectly made with good service and quality.
Some of the worse customer service I ever seen the rules only apply to certain people.....
