Waited nicely for 15 minutes AFTER the scheduled pick up time. The order was literally thrown in my face with no name on it AFTER I nicely and politely asked about its status patiently waiting by the pick up area. Guess what?! My drink was wrong. It had been wrong many many MANY times before. But I never complained. It’s Starbucks after all, right 🥴🙄. This time I came back to get it done right and was lectured on my tone. For god sakes. We like it and it is very nice. They handle the rush well and are always courteous and mindful of time.
This is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Such nice people the environment is amazing. Come check it out!
The stop the machines to early. Some daydms by 7:40 you can't get a coffee. Also the oven. A Starbucks in the road that doesn't offer drive through having 3 employees at that moment and only 1 customer inside. I guess the couple (of workers) flirting were to busy to do their jobs. And not knowing your inventory, that is ridiculous. Oh and let's not forget that you by a coffee, with pastries and they won't give you a single napkin, because why would they?
